Caregivers have the right to request that we remove all personal data collected from their child. If you wish to initiate a deletion request, please follow these steps:

YouTube API Services

This section applies only to those of our apps that display YouTube videos (for example, Football Pulse: Live Score). If an app does not show YouTube videos, it does not use YouTube API Services and this section does not apply to it.

Some of our apps use YouTube API Services to show publicly available videos from official YouTube channels. Videos are played inside the app using YouTube’s own embedded player.

• YouTube Terms of Service: By watching YouTube videos in our apps, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
• Google Privacy Policy: YouTube is a Google service. Google’s handling of your information when you watch YouTube videos is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
• What we access and store: Through YouTube API Services we retrieve only public information about videos and channels (such as video ID, title, thumbnail, channel name, duration, publish date and the countries where a video is available). We do not access, collect or store any personal information about you through YouTube API Services, and we do not ask you to sign in to YouTube or Google.
• How we use it: This public video information is used only to show you a list of videos and to hide videos that are not available in your country. To do this, the app uses your device’s country setting (from your SIM, mobile network or language settings) on your device; this country is not sent to us.
• Sharing: We do not share any YouTube API data with third parties, and we do not sell it.
• Retention: Stored video information is refreshed regularly and deleted automatically after no more than 30 days.
• Cookies and device information: Our apps do not place or read cookies themselves for YouTube features. However, when you play a video, YouTube’s embedded player is provided by Google and may store, access or collect information on or from your device (for example cookies, similar technologies and device identifiers), and may show ads, as described in the Google Privacy Policy.
• Revoking access: Our apps do not request access to your Google or YouTube account. If you have ever granted any app access to your Google account, you can review or revoke that access at any time on the Google security settings page. You can also stop all YouTube features by not using the Videos section, or by uninstalling the app.

AI-Powered Features

This section applies only to those of our apps that offer AI-powered features (for example, document summarization, text generation, or image analysis). If an app does not offer AI features, it does not send any data to AI providers and this section does not apply to it.

Some of our apps use generative artificial intelligence (AI) to provide features such as summarizing documents, reading text from images, or generating content. These features are powered by third-party AI providers, currently Google Gemini API.

• Your permission first: Before any of your content is sent for AI processing, the app clearly tells you that it will be shared with a third-party AI provider and asks for your permission. You can decline, and the rest of the app will continue to work without AI features.
• What is sent: Only the content you choose to submit (for example, a document, image, or text you select), along with the minimum technical information needed to process the request, such as an anonymous account or app-instance identifier used to prevent abuse. We do not send your contacts, location, advertising ID, or other files on your device.
• How it is sent: Your content is transmitted securely over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) to our server (hosted on Google Firebase / Google Cloud), which forwards it to the AI provider to generate the result.
• Storage and retention: We do not store the content you submit or the AI-generated results on our servers. Your content is processed only to return the result to you and is discarded afterwards. Limited technical logs (such as error logs without file contents) may be kept for up to 30 days for security and troubleshooting.
• Third-party processing: Google processes the submitted content to generate the result under the Gemini API Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. We do not use your content to train AI models, and we do not sell it or use it for advertising.
• Sensitive information: Please avoid submitting documents or images that contain highly sensitive personal information (for example, government ID numbers, bank details, or health records) unless it is necessary for your purpose.
• Accuracy of results: AI-generated content may be incomplete or inaccurate. It is provided for convenience only and should not be relied on as professional, legal, financial, or medical advice. Please review important results carefully.
• Labeling and reporting: AI-generated content is labeled as such in the app. If you see AI-generated content that is offensive, harmful, or inappropriate, you can report it using the in-app reporting option or by contacting us at privacy@appbotics.net.
• Children: AI features are not offered in our apps or games directed to children, and we do not knowingly send children's content to AI providers.
• Your choices: You can stop using AI features at any time by not using them, by withdrawing permission in the app (where available), or by uninstalling the app. For questions or requests about AI processing, contact us at privacy@appbotics.net.

Data Retention Policy

We maintain personal data only for as long as it is required to fulfill operational needs or comply with legal obligations. Once the data is no longer necessary, it is either securely deleted or anonymized to protect your privacy.

App Permissions & Data Types

To ensure our apps and their functionalities work seamlessly, we require specific permissions to access and manage data on your device. These permissions allow us to read or write necessary data types for optimal app performance. Photos, videos, audio, and other files on your device are not transferred off your device, except when you choose to submit a specific file to an AI-powered feature, as described in the "AI-Powered Features" section above.
